dietingcheat

Back to 103lbs. It took me two months to gain 3lbs at the beginning of the school year. It's taking since November to lose it. 

I cheated yesterday   :[
  • pho
  • burritos
  • fried chicken wings
  • fried pancakes
 I ate so much. And i cheated today too; bagel, mochalatte, bacon, bibimbap, chocolate, yogurt flavored drink (technically sugar) && I couldn't resist the beef jerky. I wonder if there's anything i can eat that can give me energy. Not eating the same amount of calories i use to eat makes me so tired + anemia. 

Goal this week. stop eating candy && junk food. Resist instant noodles!
