Soymilk

For some of us calcium deficient lactose intolerant people aka me who hates eating cheese and seldom eats yogurt, soy milk may be the solution.

Soy milk is a drink made from SOYBEANS. Yum protein. Little to no fat. Healthy. Get the organic stuff, you don't want to drink chemicals and process foods. Calcium goodness.

Soy milk is also beneficial for the skin, it helps improves elasticity and puts protein back into the skin and hair! Stronger hair && glowing skin? A plus.
