Green Tea Latte

So you've all heard how healthy green tea is for you. BLAH BLAH.
It's has antioxidants, which can decrease the cancer, heart disease. Increase metabolism. etc. 
I don't really like milk but i need calcium.
This green tea latte seems to be a great alternative to drinking regular milk.


I always have matcha (green tea leaves milled finely into a powder) at my house. because I am a fiend for green tea anything. I mix it with vanilla ice cream to make green tea ice cream. or Add some water to that bad bitch in order to make a masque. 

Or.
Take a cup. fill it up with 1/8 of sugar, 1/8 of water.
Microwave it for like 30 secs. Until it becomes kinda syrupy (AKA. simple syrup) . (Feel free to use a stove, but i'm such a lazy bum)
Then fill up 1/2 of the cup with milk 
Ice the rest.

BAM. Green Tea Latte. Or Milk Tea. 
You can use different kind of sugars. (splenda, sugar in the raw, sweetnlow)
Or just use different syrups, like vanilla.
Add Boba. Jello. Turn it into a dessert! 
Vary milk; soy milk; almond milk, skim milk, whole milk etc 



I've been drinking this like everyday. I love love it.
